Fishing Derby
George will be fishing Friday morning from 9-11 AM at Napatree Point, which is right next to the Beach Club (22 Fort Road Watch Hill, Rhode Island). Please feel free to go earlier or stay later. You can park at the Beach Club and walk up the public access point to Napatree Beach on the right side of the gates (or can cut through the club if needed). If you would like to meet George that morning, please shoot him a text and he will tell you where he is otherwise he will plan to see you on the beach!
Fishing: If you’re a fisherman, we recommend bringing any of your fishing gear (including waders and/or wetsuit)!
Watch Hill Point provides season-long action for the shore-bound angler. There is relatively easy access and the opportunity to land large bluefish, over-sized striped bass, tasty scup, speedy bonito and false albacore, white-chinned blackfish and the occasional keeper fluke. Venture to Napatree Beach, Watch Hill Light House, East Beach, rent a boat or take a drive to Point Judith.
